Healthy Cooking Demonstrations
Join the class as local chef Sara Brown teaches you how to prepare healthy yet delicious dishes using fresh, local produce. Call your local senior center to reserve your spot in the class. The new schedule will be posted here soon.
Lindsay - The second Tuesday of each month starting at 9:00.
Porterville - The second Wednesday of each month starting at 10:00.
Earlimart - The second Thursday of each month starting at 10:00.
Cutler-Orosi - The third Tuesday of each month starting at 9:45.
Woodlake - The third Wednesday of each month starting at 10:00.
Exeter - The third Thursday of each month starting at 9:45.
Make Your Own Soy Candles
Local expert Shelli Giles teaches the health benefits of burning soy candles over wax, and then helps you create and decorate your own soy candle to take home with you! Call your local senior center to sign up in advance for the class. Click HERE to see the list of class locations and times.
